3. Online Courses and Programs
For paid courses, workshops, or programs, refunds may be available if you submit a request within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- you have not completed more than 20% of the course or program content, and
- you have not downloaded or otherwise obtained substantial materials that are intended for ongoing use.
Where a course or program includes live sessions, coaching, or delivered services, we may deduct the value of any sessions already delivered or booked.
4. Coaching, Consulting, and Service-Based Deliverables
For one-to-one coaching, consulting, or other service-based deliverables:
- Before delivery: You may request a refund if the service has not commenced and no work has started.
- After delivery or commencement: Refunds are generally not provided, but we may assess requests case-by-case.
5. Event Registrations and Live Workshops
For paid events (including live workshops, webinars, or in-person sessions, if offered):
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event start time.
- If you cannot attend, we may offer an alternative such as a credit or transfer (subject to availability).
6. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
If you purchase a subscription (monthly or annual), you can cancel at any time. Unless required by law, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be provided in these situations:
- Change of mind after significant access, completion, or use of the Services.
- Failure to use the product/service after access has been granted.
- Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired.
- Breaches of our Terms of Use, including misuse, sharing login details, or unauthorised distribution of materials.

9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend or terminate access to the Services while the matter is investigated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly.
